If we can be honest here for a minute, we find this to be true.
We choose to present our best side to most people, keeping the “crazy” locked away for a private moment with ourself or our closest loved one.
Keeping this “crazy side” locked away is an act of resistance. It’s an act that most of us are caught up in; pretending we aren’t crazy, pretending all is perfect, and leading others to believe the illusions we project out toward each other, are real.
Leading each other to feel a necessity to live up to the mass world of perfect illusions we together create. This is forever unobtainable, and unrealistic. Literally.
Let your “crazy” out just the way it is, and encourage others not to feel ashamed to do so .
Let it all hang out.
